At The Tabby Spot, we strive to get your orders to you quickly and securely. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During high-volume periods (such as holidays), processing may take up to 3 business days.
2. Shipping Method & Delivery Time
We offer Standard Shipping, which typically arrives within 3–7 business days from the date of shipment.
3. Shipping Rates
•     Free Standard Shipping on orders $25 and up
•     Flat Rate Shipping of $5.99 for orders under $25
4. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you don’t receive tracking info within 24 hours of shipment, please reach out so we can assist.
5. International Shipping
We currently ship only within the United States.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at Tabby9779@thetabbyspot.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
7. Address Changes
