 SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During high volume periods (such as holidays), processing may take up to 3 business days.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order. 

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your package:

- Standard Shipping: $5.99 for orders under $25, FREE for orders over $25
- Expedited Shipping: $9.99
- Express Shipping: $14.99

4. Tracking Information
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.

5. International Shipping
We currently only ship to the United States.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or damaged, please contact us at Tabby9779@thetabbyspot.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

7. Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at Tabby9779@thetabbyspot.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.
