Return Window: 30 days from delivery date

Eligible Items for Return:

  • Fashion items (clothing, accessories, handbags)
  • Home decor and household items
  • Electronics (in original packaging)
  • Beauty products (unopened and unused only)
  • Pet accessories and supplies

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Beauty products that have been opened or used
  • Intimate apparel and undergarments
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
  • Custom or personalized items

Return Process:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  2. Items must be in original condition with tags attached
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  4. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
