Return Window: 30 days from delivery date
Eligible Items for Return:
- Fashion items (clothing, accessories, handbags)
- Home decor and household items
- Electronics (in original packaging)
- Beauty products (unopened and unused only)
- Pet accessories and supplies
Non-Returnable Items:
- Beauty products that have been opened or used
- Intimate apparel and undergarments
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
- Custom or personalized items
Return Process:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
